A Silvia (un’altra)
Ti ho sognata Silvia stanotte –
da quanti anni… avevi due figli
e piegavi in silenzio vestiti
asciugamani calze calzini
intenta come allora ai tuoi studi
mentre toccavo la tua valigia
già pronta la cerniera incollata
da me tanti anni prima e teneva
attraverso un ricordo oltre il tempo
e te lo dicevo accarezzando
l’orrendo scotch e tu sorridevi
senza muovere ciglio pudica
senza smettere con tenerezza
e “lontana come in uno specchio”.
Il male del tempo mi svegliava.

A Silvia (una altra)
He somiat amb tu aquesta nit
(quants anys…) Tenies dos fills
i plegaves en silenci els vestits
tovalloles calces mitjons
i t’ho deia acariciant
l’horrible cinta adhesiva i tu somreies
sense moure una cella, púdica
sense aturar-te amb tendresa
i “llunyana com dins d’un espill”.
El mal del temps em despertava.

Za Silviju (jednu drugu)
Snio sam te noćas Silvija –
koliko samo godina…imala si dvoje djece
i spokojna slagala
to sam ti govorio milujući
Zlo vremena me probudilo.

To Silva (another)
I dreamed of you, Silvia, last night –
it’s been so long… you had two children
and were silently folding clothes
towels stockings socks
intent on your studies as you were then
while I touched your suitcase
already packed and waiting the zipper
glued back by me years before and it held
through a memory beyond time
and I told you as I stroked
that horrible tape and you smiled
without batting an eye discrete
without stopping, tenderly
and “far away as in a mirror”.
The pain of time woke me.

serviettes, chaussettes, mi-bas,
prise comme alors par tes études
j’ai touché ta valise déjà prête
la fermeture que j’avais collée
tant d’années auparavant tenait toujours
au delà du temps, par un souvenir
et je te le disais en caressant
le scotch hideux et tu souriais
sans mouvoir un cil, pudique
sans t’arrêter, tendrement
et lointaine comme dans un miroir.
Le mal du temps me réveillait.

hast schweigend Kleider gefaltet

Do Sylwii (inna)
Śniłem o Tobie, Sylwio, wczoraj w nocy –
tak wiele lat… miałaś dwoje dzieci
i cicho składałaś ubrania
ręczniki pończochy skarpety
skupiona jak za studenckich dni
gdy dotknąłem Twojej walizki
gotowy suwak sklejony
przeze mnie lata temu wytrzymał
przez pamięć poza czasem
i rzekłem Ci głaszcząc czule
straszna taśma klejąca, a Ty się uśmiechnęłaś
bez mrugnięcia skromna
nieprzerwanie z czułością
i “daleko jak w lustrze”.
Ból czasu mnie obudził.

A Silvia (outra)
Sonhei com você, Silvia, hoje à noite –
quanto tantos… você tinha dois filhos
e dobrava roupas em silêncio
toalhas peças meias
atenta como fazia com os estudos
enquanto eu tocava sua mala
já pronta, a dobradiça colada
por mim anos antes e salda
num recordo além do tempo
e eu lhe dizia isso ameigando
o péssimo scotch e você sorria
pudica sem nem piscar
sem deter-se com ternura
e “distante como em um espelho”.
O mal do tempo me acordava.
